How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

There are two kinds of people in this process, and it helps to keep them straight.

First, Deservessorts Pest Control takes your request and routes it. We do not publish staff profiles, because the people who matter to your home are the ones who show up.

Second, an independent provider in our network inspects, treats and quotes. The provider is a separate business. Their staff do the work, and their rules and prices apply.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a short, simple conversation.

  • You describe the problem: the pest, the spot, and what you have already tried
  • You share your address area so the request goes to someone who serves it
  • You are connected with a provider, who may ask follow-up questions
  • The provider explains next steps, which usually begin with an inspection

Provider availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability, and many providers can respond quickly.

What to Ask a Provider

Grab a pen. These questions help you compare providers fairly.

  • What will you inspect, and what will you look for?
  • Will you give me a written quote before any work starts?
  • What products or methods will you use, and are they safe around kids and pets?
  • What happens if the problem comes back?
  • Do you seal entry points, or only treat what is already inside?
  • What should I do before you arrive, and what should I leave alone?

Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. ranges depend on the pest, the size of the home and how many visits are needed, so get the numbers in writing.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask questions, say no, or get a second opinion. You decide whether to book. If something sounds vague or pushy, step back and ask for it in writing.

Between calls, keep doing the simple things. Wipe, seal, and photograph. Catch it early, and the provider has less to fix.
